5 New Medical Cannabis Licenses in Washington, D.C.

Prospective Applicants Must Submit a Letter of Intent Form by April 21, 2021

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board announced the availability of five new facility registration for Washington, D.C.’s medical cannabis program:

2 testing laboratories

1 dispensary registration, for either Ward 3 or Ward 5

2 cultivation center registrations

Letter of Intent Forms will be accepted between March 22, 2021 at 9:00a.m. and April 21, 2021, at 12:00p.m. Eastern time. Early or late submissions will be rejected.

Qualifiers for application and the application details will be announced in May 2021.
