Breaking the Grass Ceiling is a biographical collection featuring 21 powerful, driven and courageous women who have been instrumental in paving the way into the cannabis industry for many.
These diverse profiles feature women who represent unique facets of the cannabis industry, from consulting, technology, and operations, to scientific research, law, advocacy, and more.
Featured in the collection is Canna Advisors co-founder Diane Czarkowski, who shares her own triumphs and tribulations not only as a cannabis business and thought leader, but as a woman entrepreneur.
“I want this to be, and continue to be, a diverse industry because I really love that about cannabis. The industry as a whole has the potential to be heavily influenced by women, specifically as it relates to health, helping people, social justice, and natural products- areas I find many women are passionate about,” stated Diane.
The eye-opening biography poignantly narrates the evolution of the cannabis industry from the women who have built it, and continue to shape its future. Breaking the Grass Ceiling is now available, to purchase click here.
