New Jersey Cultivator & Manufacturer License Applications Open 12/15
The first round of the much-anticipated New Jersey adult-use cannabis business applications was released on November 9, 2021.
This first application round includes all categories of cultivator and manufacturer licenses:
- Conditional licenses
- Full/annual licenses
- Microbusiness licenses
Applications will be accepted starting on December 15, 2021.
Note these two main points from the application:
- With no specific deadline and a rolling application period, those who get their application in first will be scored first.
- Applicants will want to maximize points for each section. Different than anticipated, the application includes merit-based narratives, and points are allocated to each section.
