Our VP of Marketing, Lisa Jordan, will be presenting at the Women Grow Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C this year. This annual event enables women to “connect, learn from, inspire, and empower one-another through dynamic talks, crowd-sourced break-out sessions and interactive workshops.”
Lisa will be presenting an interesting talk on what cannabis, organic foods, wireless phones, and sex education have in common. She will give real-world examples of how these different groups relate to cannabis and what we can learn about marketing from these more mature industries.
Lisa is a leader of brand transformations for premier organizations including the largest privately held wireless carrier in the US, a law firm with Fortune 100 and international clients, and a leading non-profit women’s foundation. She is an outspoken advocate for making a difference for people and communities. Her passion for speaking up led her to chair the Social Justice sub-committee of the NCIA’s Marketing and Advertising Committee, on which she was selected to serve for the 2018-2019 term.
