In things as simple as dispensary decor and atmosphere, Diane said it’s clear that the industry’s understanding of what consumers want and need is more refined. “People are finally understanding that dispensaries need to be a welcoming retail experience,” Diane said. “There’s a lot of great innovation coming out for dispensaries to make it a more pleasant experience.”
