Retail operations expert Tyler Stratford will be speaking and representing Canna Advisors in Missouri at MoCannTrade’s upcoming series of Leadership Council Meetups. This series of events in 4 different Missouri cities is focused on presenting information about dispensary and retail operations, and Tyler will be speaking to Missouri entrepreneurs about best practices in staffing, operations, employee training, and SOPs. Tyler very much enjoys educating aspiring entrepreneurs; he has helped over 300 dispensaries become operational and has had the pleasure of opening the first retail stores in 6 different states. He is excited to be back in Missouri to spread his knowledge and continue to build the cannabis industry.
